An exciting itinerary that takes you deep into the Amazon, sailing around the Galapagos and across the Andean highlands.

A city tour will introduce to this charming, colonial city and you will also have the chance to visit Cotopaxi and Quilotoa on a full day tour. From Quito, you will fly to the Amazon where you can spend three nights in a luxury lodge. Enjoy plenty of activities, on land and by boat, learning about this amazing river and jungle. The next stop will be a traditional hacienda in beautiful surroundings in the Andean highlands. Enjoy a relaxing time here, exploring the countryside and learning about life on the hacienda. After a night back in Quito, you will fly to the Galapagos to spend a week aboard one of the most luxurious boats in the Galapagos. This will be a week of unique experiences as you wonder at the wildlife and scenery in this amazing place. Finish with a night relaxing in a luxury hotel back on land before your flight home.
Tour Quito’s colonial centre, and enjoy a chocolate-making experience.
Enjoy a scenic journey along the Avenue of the Volcanoes with views of Cotopaxi Volcano and wildlife at Limpiopungo Lagoon.
Explore the Ecuadorian Amazon from La Selva Jungle Lodge with expert guides.
Experience traditional Andean life and activities at Hacienda Zuleta.
Take a luxury Galapagos cruise to see unique wildlife and landscapes.
This itinerary can be enjoyed year-round. Quito and the cloud forest have fairly consistent temperatures, though the cloud forest can be wetter from March to May. The Galapagos Islands are also a year-round destination, with warmer, calmer seas from December to May and cooler, drier weather with more active wildlife from June to November.
We recently returned from a four week holiday in Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands and it was a total success from start to finish. Each day of the tour brought us excellent accommodation, stunning scenery and a new adventure, exceeding even our wildest expectations.
