The best time to visit Uruguay for beach weather and lively celebrations is from November to March, with December and January being particularly busy. Spring and autumn (April, May, October) offer pleasant temperatures and fewer crowds, while winter (June to September) is quieter, ideal for cultural trips rather than beach activities.
Uruguay was incredible! Gorgeous beaches, welcoming locals, and amazing food... but the wine was something else. Tannat was a standout. We loved exploring the vineyards and sipping local reds.
