A one-week journey through Morocco’s vibrant cities, stunning mountains and enchanting coastal towns.
Your journey begins with three nights in the vibrant city of Marrakech, staying in one of the city’s top hotels. Next, embark on a full-day excursion into the stunning High Atlas Mountains, visiting traditional Berber villages, walking through orchards, and enjoying a panoramic mountain lunch in Imlil and Armed. You will then travel to the charming coastal town of Essaouira, stopping en-route at the Val d’Argan Vineyard for a tour and tasting of its renowned organic wines. Spend time exploring Essaouira’s historic Skala fort, medina, and artisan souks, or enjoy leisure activities such as surfing or kitesurfing. As the day winds down, experience a magical sunset with horse and camel rides across dunes and Diabat beach, finishing with a BBQ dinner under the stars. This itinerary can be enjoyed year-round, as both Marrakech and Essaouira have a mild climate with plenty to see in every season. The Atlas Mountains are also accessible year-round, though winter months may bring snow to the higher peaks, adding a different kind of beauty to the experience. The summer (June – August) can be extremely hot in inland and desert areas.
